**Q. What is your lead time?
**A. Our lead time changes throughout the year depending on our work load. Currently we have two different lead times. Some items are shipped at two weeks, but the custom and more high demand items are shipping at 4 weeks. If you click on the listing your interested in purchasing you should be able to see a shipping estimate.

**Q. Do you accept customer orders?
**A. Yes! Always!

**Q. What if I need an item sooner than your lead time?
**A. If you need your item but a certain date, please just message us first to make sure we can accommodate your date. we can almost always meet your date need if we have a heads up first.

**Q. Can I save on shipping?
**A. Our listings automatically combine shipping. If your shipping cost seems unreasonably high just shoot us a message and we will look into it.

**Q. Do you provide proofs?
**A. We do not provide proofs, simply because our designs are handmade. If absolutely necessary we can provide a simple sketch. Please know that sketches will be in black and white and is not meant to be perfect.

**Q. Do you use stickers on your signs?
**A. Absolutely not. All of our signs are 100% paint. We do create our own stencils (if needed) depending on the design but all signs are painted. After the signs are painted they are sealed with a clear coat for shine and protection.

**Q. Do you provide hanging hardware?
** A. yes, we provided hanging hardware for all of our wood signs. Please know that if you order multiple signs the hanging hardware WILL NOT be attached to the back of the signs. We used to go ahead and attach each hook to each sign but the hooks were rubbing other signs during shipment and causing a lot of damage. If you ordered two signs or less then we will attach the hooks ourselves. All of our wooden mountains come with a keyhole in the back of the mountain.

•Wood is a living breathing product. This means that each piece will absorb stain differently, no two signs will ever be the same.

•All signs are hand-painted on wood. Because of this, you will see chips, cracks, paint splashes, paint bleeds, knots, and holes. We believe this adds to the character of our items, and makes each one completely unique.

Our signs will never be “perfect” and you may see some flaws, this is what we believe makes them unique.

•All of signs are provided with hanging hardware. Some have key holes drilled into the back. Some may have saw tooth hooks provided for you to attach, and some may have the saw tooth hooks already attached. All of this depends on which sign/signs you are ordering.

We are not responsible for signs hung improperly.

•I do my best to photograph my products accurately. However all monitors will display color differently. Please keep this in mind when comparing what you see on the screen compared to what you see in real life.

•We have sole ownership of any and all designs we create, including custom designs.

•Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered, mis delivered due to incorrect address.

If a packages arrives damaged or destroyed contact me asap and we will get this taken care of as long as we have pictures of the damage.

•Our packages do not include a receipt, we try to avoid paper waste therefore our packages are shipped without extra printed papers. If you need a receipt you can print one under your Etsy order history.

Sometimes our packages are wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper over the top, our goal is to get the sign there safely! The outside packaging may even be ripped/torn, the exterior packaging is just to cover the bubble wrap. We work hard on our signs, not on pretty packaging that will just be torn up and thrown away. BIRTHDAY BOARDS: I will only
accept a certain number of orders for birthday boards each week. Once those are completed then I will accept a few more for the next week and so on and so on. This will help with the turnaround times for birthday boards.
